Part-time TVI and O&M services at one transparent rate.

For school districts only. TVI and O&M services are billed at a flat $150 per hour. Local travel within 25 miles of our Conyers service location carries no travel charge. For destinations beyond 25 miles, round-trip mileage from our service location is billed at the current federal IRS business mileage rate.

Service model: Direct services from Dr. Pankaj Gaur and Mrs. Manju Gaur are part-time only; full-time services are available through our J-1 exchange visa program for districts and international applicants.
Service reach: In-person services are available in Georgia and within a four-hour drive of Conyers; virtual services are available in all 50 states.

For eligible sites within a four-hour drive of Conyers, this estimate applies 76 cents per mile (IRS standard mileage rate, Jul–Dec 2026; your service agreement confirms the applicable rate) to total round-trip mileage for each visit when the site is more than 25 miles away.
